Why split HIP cycles?

Benefit from split cycles and significantly reduce the cost per piece.
Many customers do not have the necessary amount of components to fill our system. For this reason we offer our customers split HIP cycles. This means that you share a HIP cycle with other customers. We make sure that all customers agree with the same HIP specification and that this also works for your material group. As a result, every customer saves if they opt for a split HIP cycle. A detailed overview of our split cycles is available on request. Please use the contact options on our contact page.

Advantages of the process for your products

The HIP process significantly increases the quality of the 3D printed, cast or conventionally manufactured component as it improves the technical and physical properties such as higher density increase in fatigue propertiesincrease in tensile strength improve in ductility improve in impact resistance
